Hi, I’m Theo.
I help you make things. Things like workshops, podcast series, books, courses, bios, videos and promotional sequences.
It turns out these all have something in common: STORY.
I use story structure to bring form to projects and the art of telling stories to add pacing and pizazz. Drawing from my life-long study of fiction, myth and media, I love to help clients communicate, turning audiences into fans.
I work with designers, coaches, psychologists, educators and others.

Process Summary
Start with Clarity
I ask you what you’d like support with. I listen, asking deepening questions to bring us to the heart of what it is you want to create.
Create Your Plan
We clear our minds of what’s come before and brainstorm, dreaming possibilities.
We weave the best ideas together, using tools like mind-maps, drawings, writing, and discussions.
We look for models and metaphors to encapsulate and clarify what we’re making. It’s always juicy to find an image that acts as a riverbank, giving form to flowing ideas.
Production
Considering budget, timing, and branding aesthetics, we create! I help you choose appropriate gear for production (you may already have much of what you need) and give guidance on making high quality and on-brand visuals and audio.
I can also provide hands-on help with audio and video production and source other resources to help with other project aspects.
If you’re nearby, I can come and film with you.
Post-Production
I help with editing video and audio, making thumbnails, turning audio to text and vice versa, etc.
